Paying for it
Clear numbers.
No surprises at the end.
A roof is a real expense, and the fastest way to make it painful is a vague quote. Every Show-Me Roof project starts with a written, itemized price and a payment schedule tied to work actually performed, not promises.
How payment works
Three ways homeowners pay, all in writing.
Straight purchase
Deposit to schedule, balance on completion, verified by your own walkthrough and finished photos. Exact split is printed on the quote before you sign.
Insurance-funded
We build to your approved claim scope and work with your insurer’s payment sequence, including mortgage-company endorsements when they’re part of the check chain. Your deductible stays yours to pay, as Missouri law requires.
Spread over time
Need to break the cost up? Tell us during the inspection and we’ll walk through the options available for your project and budget before any work is scheduled.
