Standing behind it

In writing,
or it isn’t a warranty.

Two things protect a new roof: the manufacturer’s warranty on the materials and the installer’s warranty on the work. You get both, in writing, with your proposal, plus the finished photos that make a future warranty call painless.

What’s covered

Two warranties, one clean handoff.

WORK

Workmanship

If it was installed wrong, that’s on us and we fix it. The exact term and coverage are printed in your proposal before you sign, not promised verbally after.

MATL

Materials

Shingles and components carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. We register what needs registering and hand you the paperwork, so coverage actually exists when you need it.

PROOF

The photo file

Your project file, inspection photos, mid-job photos, finished photos, stays on record. If anything ever comes up, there’s no arguing about what was done. It’s documented.

Questions

Warranty fine print, in plain English.

What voids a roof warranty?
Common culprits: pressure washing, satellite mounts screwed through shingles, unventilated attics cooking the deck, and repairs by whoever was cheapest that day. Call us before anyone touches the roof and coverage stays intact.
What if I sell the house?
Many manufacturer warranties transfer to a new owner once, within a set window. Tell us when you list and we’ll point you at the right form so the coverage moves with the house, a genuine selling point.
