Two things protect a new roof: the manufacturer’s warranty on the materials and the installer’s warranty on the work. You get both, in writing, with your proposal, plus the finished photos that make a future warranty call painless.
What’s covered

Workmanship
If it was installed wrong, that’s on us and we fix it. The exact term and coverage are printed in your proposal before you sign, not promised verbally after.
Materials
Shingles and components carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. We register what needs registering and hand you the paperwork, so coverage actually exists when you need it.
The photo file
Your project file, inspection photos, mid-job photos, finished photos, stays on record. If anything ever comes up, there’s no arguing about what was done. It’s documented.
