How do I know if I actually have hail damage?
Often you can’t tell from the ground. Fresh hail strikes knock granules loose and bruise the mat underneath; wind lifts creases shingles at the nail line. That’s why the inspection is free and photographed: you see exactly what we see.
A door-knocker says my roof is totaled. Is it?
Maybe. Storm-chasing crews follow every hail map and some call every roof totaled. Get a second set of photos before you sign anything. Ours are free, and Missouri law gives you the right to cancel a storm-repair contract if your insurer denies the claim.
